Description
We're Hiring! Dispatch & Delivery Coordinator
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Lead the drivers' team and organize meetings and field visits
2. Monitor daily performance of drivers and stores, ensuring compliance and improvements
Develop improvement plans, schedule shifts, and track attendance
3. Coordinate effectively with internal departments and 3PL for smooth operations
Manage inventory and achieve targets in line with company values and strategy
4. Train and coach, the team to deliver excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly
5. Perform additional tasks as assigned by the direct manager.
Requirements and Qualifications
* Proven ability to lead and manage teams comprising diverse nationalities
* Skilled in operating various systems, with expertise in dispatching platforms such
as Microsoft Dynamics 365 and PHZ-DIS
* Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role, preferably within the logistics sector
* Native Arabic speaker with strong proficiency in English
* Bachelor's degree required
