We're Hiring: CCTV Operator | Armada Retail Concept Kuwait LLC
Armada Retail Concept Kuwait LLC is looking for a vigilant, responsible, and detail-oriented CCTV Operator to join team in Kuwait.
Requirements:
✅ Minimum 2 years of experience as a CCTV Operator, Surveillance Operator, or Control Room Operator
✅ Currently based in Kuwait
✅ Must hold a transferable visa
✅ Available to join immediately
✅ Strong knowledge of CCTV monitoring systems, surveillance procedures, and incident reporting
✅ Good communication and observation skills
✅ Ability to work flexible shifts and respond effectively to security incidents
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor CCTV cameras and surveillance systems across company locations
• Identify, investigate, and report suspicious activities, incidents, and security breaches
• Maintain accurate logs, records, and incident reports
• Coordinate with security personnel and management during emergencies and investigations
• Ensure CCTV equipment is functioning properly and report any technical issues promptly
• Support the company's loss prevention and asset protection initiatives
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in retail, shopping malls, commercial facilities, or hospitality environments
• Familiarity with DVR/NVR systems and control room operations
• Basic computer proficiency and report-writing skills
