WE ARE HIRING! Mechanical Supervisor (Oil & Gas) Join Our Team!
Location: Kuwait

Purpose:
To supervise and ensure safe, timely, and quality execution of all mechanical pipeline works in accordance with
KOC standards and project specifications
Key Responsibilities:
Execution & Supervision
Supervise pipe stringing, welding, coating, lowering, and tie-in activities
Oversee hydro-testing, pigging, and valve installations
Ensure all mechanical works are carried out as per approved drawings and sequences
Quality & Compliance
Ensure compliance with KOC specifications, ITPs, and quality procedures
Verify material compliance (pipes, fittings, valves) before installation
Coordinate with QA/QC team for inspections and mechanical completion
Health, Safety & Environment
Enforce HSE procedures, PTW system, and daily toolbox talks
Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments for mechanical activities
Promote safe working practices among team and subcontractors
Reporting & Coordination
Prepare daily progress reports and highlight issues to the Construction Manager
Coordinate with commissioning, welding, and other discipline teams
Support handover and as-built documentation for mechanical scope
Qualifications & Experience:
3 years Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years as Mechanical Supervisor in oil & gas pipeline projects
Previous KOC experience is preferred
