Restaurant Manager (Kuwait)
Required qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality Management or Related Field
Minimum of 3 years of experience as Restaurant Manager in reputed fine dining, or casual dining.
Excellent English & Arabic Communication Skills
Strong leadership skills to effectively manage and motivate a diverse team of kitchen and waitstaff.
Proficiency in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting to manage the restaurant's finances, control costs, and maximize profitability.
Commitment to delivering a high standard of customer service, handling complaints, and ensuring a positive dining experience for guests.
Knowledge of restaurant operations, including inventory management, scheduling, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
Understanding of marketing strategies to promote the restaurant, attract new customers, and retain existing ones.
Familiarity with POS systems and other restaurant management software.
Package & Job Information:
Salary Up to 700 KD (According to qualification)
Duty meal
30 days annual paid leave
9 working hours per day (Included one-hour break), 6 days per week
