We're Hiring: Art Director | Armada Retail Concept Kuwait LLC
Armada Retail Concept Kuwait LLC is seeking a highly creative and experienced Art Director to lead the visual direction of our fashion and retail brands across campaigns, e-commerce, and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
Conceptualize and develop creative concepts, mood boards, and visual directions for marketing campaigns, photoshoots, and brand initiatives.
Collaborate closely with the Original Content Development and Creative Teams to execute engaging and impactful content aligned with brand objectives.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Product, Design, Graphic Design, Retouching, Photography, and Marketing.
Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of studio and outdoor photoshoots, including budgeting, scheduling, casting, and production logistics.
Lead and inspire both internal creative teams and external freelancers to deliver high-quality creative output.
Ensure brand consistency across all visual communications, digital assets, and marketing materials.
Oversee content creation and management for e-commerce platforms, websites, and digital channels.
Support the development of innovative visual strategies that enhance customer engagement and brand positioning.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Art Director, Creative Director, or in a similar creative leadership role
- Strong portfolio showcasing campaign development, fashion, retail, e-commerce, or lifestyle projects
- Experience managing studio and outdoor productions from concept to execution
- Excellent project management, communication, and team leadership skills
- Strong understanding of branding, visual storytelling, and content creation
- Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and graphic design principles is an advantage
- Currently based in Kuwait
- Must hold a transferable visa
- Available to join immediately
