We are looking for an experienced Category Manager to oversee product categories across our Convenience Store network in Kuwait
Requirements:
✔ 5–8 years of retail experience in Convenience Store operations
✔ 3+ years of Category Management / Buying experience
✔ Strong negotiation & analytical skills
✔ Experience managing multiple retail branches
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage product assortment, pricing & promotions
- Drive sales, margins & category profitability
- Build strong supplier relationships & ensure stock availability
- Support staff training across all branches
