We're Hiring: Account Manager – Vendor Relations
We're looking for an Account Manager to own and strengthen our relationships with our vendor partners!
If you're a people person with a knack for partnerships, problem solving, and keeping things running smoothly between two sides of a business, this could be your next role.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Serve as the main point of contact for our vendor partners
✅ Onboard new vendors and manage day-to-day relationships
✅ Monitor vendor performance, agreements, and satisfaction
✅ Resolve issues and ensure smooth communication between vendors and internal teams
✅ Identify opportunities to grow and improve vendor partnerships
✅ Prepare reports and updates on vendor account status
What You Bring:
▪ 2–5 years of experience in account management, vendor management, or partnerships
▪ Bilingual: fluent in Arabic and English
▪ Strong communication and relationship building skills
▪ Highly organized with strong problem solving abilities
▪ Comfortable working cross-functionally with internal teams
▪ Currently based in Kuwait
