We're Hiring | Senior Accountant – Kuwait
Khalid Ali Al Kharafi & Bros. Co.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's Degree in Commerce , Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 5–8 years of accounting experience in the construction, engineering, or industrial sector
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP & Data Analysis)
• Currently residing in Kuwait
• Immediate joiners preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the general ledger and oversee month-end and year-end closing activities
* Prepare financial statements and management reports
* Review bank reconciliations, cash flow, and treasury transactions
* Monitor budgets, cost control, and financial performance
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, company policies, and statutory regulations
* Coordinate with external auditors and support audit activities
* Supervise and mentor junior accounting staff
* Report directly to the Chief Accountant and Finance Manager
