Description
We're Hiring | Pastry & Bakery Chef – Kuwait
Seazen Group is looking for a talented Pastry & Bakery Chef to join our Central Production Unit and lead the production of premium baked goods and pastries.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Produce high-quality breads, pastries, cakes, desserts, croissants, danishes, and other kinds
✔ Manage large-batch production while maintaining consistency and quality
✔ Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and bakery items according to standardized recipes
✔ Ensure attractive product presentation and bakery display standards
✔ Maintain food safety, hygiene, and quality control throughout production
✔ Assist with new product development and seasonal bakery offerings
Requirements:
✔ Proven experience in commercial bakeries, pastry shops, or large-scale production kitchens
✔ Strong knowledge of bakery and pastry techniques
✔ Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment
✔ Experience with recipe standardization and large-volume production
✔ Passion for creativity, quality, and continuous improvement
