We're Hiring Technician for Printer & Copier ON FIELD

This is a full-time, on-site Technician for Printer & Copier ON FIELD role based in Kuwait. The technician will perform installation, configuration, and testing of printers, copiers, and related document equipment at client locations. Daily activities include diagnosing hardware and software issues, performing preventive and corrective maintenance, and replacing parts to ensure optimal device performance. The role involves responding to service calls, providing user guidance on proper equipment operation, and documenting all work performed in service reports. The technician will also collaborate with the support team to escalate complex issues, follow company procedures and safety standards, and maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism during field visits.

Qualifications
Strong technical skills in installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of printers, copiers, and related office equipment.
Ability to diagnose hardware and software issues, interpret error codes, and use diagnostic tools effectively.
Customer service and communication skills to explain technical issues clearly and maintain positive client relationships.
Organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple service calls, prioritize tasks, and complete documentation accurately.
Basic understanding of networking concepts related to device connectivity (e.g., TCP/IP, Wi-Fi, print servers) is beneficial.
Relevant technical diploma or certification in electronics, IT, or a related field preferred.
Previous field service or technical support experience in office equipment or similar industry is an advantage.
Valid driving license and willingness to travel to client sites within Kuwait.
