We’re Hiring : Warehouse Supervisor
Location: Al Seedawi Food Industries - Kuwait
Industry: FMCG (Food & Beverage)

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of goods. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with company procedures, maintain accurate inventory records, and lead the warehouse team to achieve operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
-Supervise and coordinate daily warehouse activities including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods.
-Ensure inventory accuracy through proper documentation and regular stock checks.
-Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Procurement, Production, and Sales teams.
-Ensure proper storage conditions for materials, especially food items in compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
-Maintain accurate records in ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics AX or similar).
-Prepare warehouse reports including stock movement, shortages, damages, and discrepancies.
-Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
-Lead, train, and monitor warehouse staff productivity and performance.
-Coordinate with logistics team for timely deliveries and dispatch schedules.
-Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
-Ensure proper housekeeping and organization of warehouse facilities.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
-3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, preferably in FMCG industry.
-Strong knowledge of inventory management principles.
-Experience using ERP systems (Dynamics AX experience is an advantage).
-Good leadership and team management skills.
-Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
-Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
-Good communication skills in English and Arabic
