Job Summary
To supervise and enforce health and safety practices at project sites, ensuring all workers comply with safety procedures and work in a safe environment.

**Key Responsibilities:
* Supervise day-to-day site safety activities and ensure compliance with HSE policies.
* Conduct toolbox talks and daily safety briefings for workers.
* Monitor work activities to identify hazards and unsafe practices.
* Ensure proper use of PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) by all workers.
* Assist in risk assessments and job safety analysis (JSA).
* Conduct regular site inspections and safety patrols.
* Report and assist in investigation of incidents, accidents, and near misses.
* Ensure all work is carried out as per permit-to-work (PTW) system.
* Stop any unsafe work and report immediately to the Safety Engineer or Management.
* Maintain daily safety records, checklists, and reports.
* Coordinate with supervisors and workers to implement corrective actions.
* Ensure proper housekeeping and site safety standards are maintained.

**Required Qualifications & Skills:
* Diploma or relevant technical qualification.
* Safety certifications such as NEBOSH (preferred), IOSH, or OSHA.
* Minimum 5-8 years of experience in construction, oil & gas, or industrial projects.
* Experience in site supervision and safety enforcement is essential.
* Good knowledge of basic HSE practices and regulations. Leadership, team and supervision skills.
* Ability to act quickly in emergency situations.
* Indian and Philippine nationalities are preferred.
