Description
We are seeking a proactive and experienced ATM Supervisor to oversee our self-service channels and ensure optimal performance across our ATM network. This is a hands-on role, requiring deployment on premises, strategic thinking, and a passion for operational excellence.
Scope of work and Responsibilities;
As an ATM Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
Owning end-to-end ATM network performance.
Driving uptime and availability by:
Improving system uptime
Reducing cash-outs and transaction failures
Optimizing transactions per ATM
Reducing cost per ATM
Identifying and improving low-performing ATMs
Planning relocations and optimizing ATM footprint
Enhancing customer experience and supporting migration toward SMART ATMs.
Leading vendor and CIT management including:
Replenishment cycles
FLM and SLM adherence
Idle cash reduction
Outage management
Overseeing incident management, conducting root cause analysis (RCA), and promoting preventive maintenance.
Conducting ongoing performance assessments.
Providing expertise in ATM/CDM operations and self-service channels.
Demonstrating knowledge of ATM Switches and transaction flows.
Applying commercial and strategic thinking to optimize network performance and revenue generation.
Managing, coaching, and mentoring the operational team.
Requirements;
Proven work experience with Diebold Nixdorf (DN) ATM models.
Strong understanding of ATM/CDM operations and self-service channels.
Excellent leadership and team management skills.
Analytical mindset with a focus on operational efficiency and commercial outcomes.
Ability to work on premises and manage hands-on operations.
