Description
WeCare Kuwait is Hiring - International Legal Advisor
Department: Translation Department
Reports To: Legal Department – Executive Director
To provide specialized legal advice related to the company’s international operations, ensure compliance with applicable local and international laws and regulations, and mitigate legal risks associated with cross-border contracts, transactions, and partnerships, thereby supporting the company’s strategic objectives in international markets.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB) from a recognized university.
- Master’s Degree (LLM) in International Law or International Commercial Law is preferred.
- Professional certifications in International Arbitration or Compliance are an advantage.
- Minimum 7–10 years of relevant legal experience.
- Proven experience in international contracts and regulatory matters.
- Previous experience in multinational corporations or international law firms is an advantage.
- Experience in international dispute resolution and arbitration.
