We are Hiring: Assistant Manager Operations– Events & Catering
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional event experiences and leading high-performing teams?
We are looking for a dynamic AAssistant Manager Operations– Events & Catering to join our team!
Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Proven experience in staff allocation and workforce planning
Ability to coordinate effectively with chefs for banquet/catering setup execution
Strong knowledge of F&B equipment and service standards
Familiarity with SOPs for dinner service and overall operations
Experience in leading operations and supervising service teams
Demonstrated ability to train, coach, and mentor team members
Strong team-building skills with experience in creating performance improvement plans
Hands-on approach with active presence during event setup and execution
Must have prior Food & Beverage experience
