Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in English or Humanities
Master’s degree in Education / Educational Leadership (required)
Principal Certification (preferred)
Minimum 6+ years of teaching experience and at least 3 years in a leadership role
Strong knowledge of the American curriculum
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
