Hiring – Shift In-Charge (Upstream Oil & Gas Operations)
Kuwait | Oil & Gas O&M Project | KOC Projects
We are looking for an experienced Shift In-Charge for a 5-year upstream Oil & Gas Operations & Maintenance project in Kuwait.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and supervise shift operations for upstream oil and gas production facilities
• Monitor production, utility, and process parameters to ensure safe and efficient operation
• Coordinate with Operations, Maintenance, and HSE teams for routine and emergency activities
• Ensure compliance with operating procedures, PTW systems, and KOC HSE requirements
• Review and maintain shift logs, production reports, and operational records
• Lead troubleshooting activities and coordinate response to plant upsets and emergencies
• Ensure smooth shift handover and operational continuity
Requirements
✔️ Engineering Degree or Diploma in Chemical/Petroleum discipline
✔️ Minimum 10 years of experience in Upstream Oil & Gas Operations
✔️ Experience in production facilities, gathering centers, wellheads, steam generation, or utility systems preferred
✔️ Previous experience as Shift In-Charge or Operations Supervisor preferred
✔️ Strong knowledge of PTW, isolation procedures, and HSE requirements
✔️ Good communication and leadership skills
✔️ KOC project experience will be an added advantage
Work Schedule
• 6 days/week
• 12-hour shifts
