Role Description
The Procurement Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end procurement process, ensuring the timely and cost-effective sourcing of products and services while maintaining the highest quality standards. The role involves supplier management, price negotiations, purchase order processing, and coordination with internal departments to support business operations and inventory requirements.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Logistics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in procurement, purchasing, or supply chain operations, preferably within the retail or luxury sector.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and supplier relationship management skills.
• Proven experience in sourcing, vendor evaluation, and contract management.
• Knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and cost control practices.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, and ERP systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational and coordination skills.
• Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.
• Based in Kuwait or holding a transferable residency.
