Hiring: Finance Controller (CA / ACCA / CMA)
Bartone Cafe & Restaurant is looking for an experienced Finance Controller to lead and strengthen our internal finance function as we scale operations.
Location: Kuwait (Local hiring only)
Salary: 1,000 – 1,250 KWD
Role Overview
This is a high-ownership, standalone role working directly with the business owner.
The company operates multiple outlets and is rapidly expanding. While routine accounting is outsourced, this role will take full control of internal finance, ensure accuracy, and build strong financial governance.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the finance function as the internal head of finance
Manage coordination with outsourced accounting partner
Oversee month-end closing, reconciliations, and reporting accuracy
Prepare MIS, dashboards, and business performance analysis
Handle audits, compliance, and internal controls
Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
Drive financial discipline across all outlets
Candidate Profile
Qualified CA / ACCA / CMA
5-10 years of experience (F&B / retail / multi-outlet preferred)
Strong in MIS, financial controls, and hands-on operations
Ability to work independently and take ownership
