We're Hiring: Area Manager (Burger Restaurants)
Are you an experienced multi-site operations leader with a strong background in the Fast Food, Burger, or Coffee Shop industry? We are looking for a dynamic Area Manager to oversee multiple restaurant locations in Kuwait and drive operational excellence.
📍 Location: Kuwait
⏱️ Availability: Immediate Joining Preferred
Key Responsibilities
• Lead and manage multiple restaurant locations to achieve operational and financial targets.
• Supervise store teams and drive employee development through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
• Ensure consistent brand standards, customer service excellence, and visual merchandising across all assigned stores.
• Support business growth initiatives, including new store openings, store closures, and operational improvements.
Required Qualifications
✔ Kuwait resident with the ability to join immediately.
✔ Bachelor's Degree holder.
✔ Minimum 7 years of experience managing large stores or multiple locations within well-established Fast Food, Burger, or Coffee Shop brands.
✔ Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
✔ Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
✔ Proven experience within the Food & Beverage or Retail industry.
Salary & Benefits
💰 Basic Salary: Up to KD 1,500 (based on qualifications and experience)
✈ Annual Air Ticket Allowance
