We are looking for an experienced Area Manager to oversee multiple café branches in Kuwait and drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee the performance of multiple branches
* Monitor sales and ensure targets are achieved
* Support and guide branch managers
* Ensure quality standards and customer service excellence
* Handle operational challenges and improve efficiency
* Prepare and report performance analysis to management
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in F&B management
* Proven experience managing multiple branches
* Strong leadership and team management skills
* Ability to analyze performance and make decisions
* Good command of English (Arabic is a plus)
