Description
We're Hiring: Project Manager (Bilingual)
Location: Kuwait
Type: Full-Time
Zaleej Real Estate Co. is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead our real estate development and construction projects from concept through to handover - covering mid- to large-scale residential, commercial, and mixed-use developments across Kuwait.
If you have a proven track record delivering complex projects on time and on budget, strong commercial acumen, and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams - this could be your next move!
What You'll Do:
✅ Lead the full project lifecycle — feasibility, design, permitting, tendering, construction, and closeout
✅ Develop and manage detailed PEPs, budgets, schedules, and cash-flow forecasts
✅ Select and supervise consultants, contractors, and vendors
✅ Coordinate with architects, engineers, QSs, legal advisors, and government authorities
✅ Chair site meetings, monitor progress, and report to senior leadership
✅ Negotiate contracts, manage variations, and enforce cost controls
✅ Mentor and develop junior team members
What you bring:
🔹 Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field
🔹 8+ years in real estate development / construction PM (3+ in a lead role)
🔹 Proven delivery of mid- to large-scale projects in Kuwait or the GCC
🔹 Strong working knowledge of Kuwait's building regulations and permitting processes
🔹 Active KSE membership (or eligibility to register)
🔹 Proficiency in Primavera P6, MS Project, and AutoCAD
🔹 Bilingual Arabic/English fluency
🔹 Valid Kuwait Driving License & Transferable Article 18 residency
