Successful real estate developments are driven by a combination of architectural vision, strategic leadership, and operational excellence.
We are currently partnering with a leading real estate investment organization in Kuwait to appoint a Construction Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of residential and commercial development projects.
This opportunity is ideal for a highly skilled project management professional with a strong architectural background and proven experience leading projects from concept through execution.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead residential and commercial development projects across all phases
Manage project planning, budgets, timelines, and execution
Coordinate with consultants, contractors, architects, and stakeholders
Ensure compliance with local regulations, quality standards, and project specifications
Monitor project risks, progress, and performance while implementing solutions
Drive design coordination and maintain architectural integrity throughout development
Prepare and present project updates to senior leadership
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field (mandatory)
Proven experience managing large-scale residential and commercial projects
Strong leadership and project management capabilities
Excellent understanding of design, construction, and development processes
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
