Job Description:
We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Project Construction Manager to lead and manage Oil & Gas construction projects from planning through execution and completion. The ideal candidate must have strong experience in site construction management, coordination of multidisciplinary teams, client communication, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
-Manage and supervise all construction activities at project sites
-Ensure projects are executed according to approved drawings, specifications, and schedules
-Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, procurement, and engineering teams
-Monitor project progress and prepare regular status reports
-Ensure compliance with company policies, project requirements, and HSE standards
-Control project costs, manpower, materials, and equipment utilization
-Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance when required
-Conduct site meetings and coordinate daily construction activities
-Review project plans and identify potential risks and solutions
-Ensure quality standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle
Required Skills & Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Civil, or related Engineering field
-Minimum 10–15 years of experience in Oil & Gas construction projects
-Strong experience in managing EPC/construction site activities
-Excellent leadership, communication, and project coordination skills
-Good knowledge of construction standards, HSE regulations, and project execution procedures
-Ability to manage multiple disciplines and work under pressure
Preferred:
-Previous experience working on KNPC/KOC/major Oil & Gas projects in Kuwait
-Familiarity with project management tools and ERP systems
-PMP certification will be an added advantage
