We're Hiring: Property Manager (Bilingual)
Location: Kuwait | Type: Full-Time
Zaleej Real Estate Co. is looking for an experienced Property Manager to take full ownership of the day-to-day operations of our diversified commercial and residential portfolio in Kuwait.
If you have a solid background in property and leasing management, strong organizational skills, and a passion for real estate operations—this could be your next move!
What You’ll Do:
✅ Manage the full property management cycle across commercial and residential assets
✅ Own the end-to-end leasing cycle — sourcing, negotiation, renewals, compliance, and marketing coordination
✅ Deliver monthly portfolio performance reports covering occupancy, income, arrears, and market trends
✅ Manage vendor contracts, maintenance budgets, and SLAs
✅ Ensure full compliance with leasing, insurance, and maintenance policies
✅ Serve as the primary tenant liaison, ensuring high satisfaction and retention
What you bring:
🔹Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
🔹2-3 years of experience in property/leasing management in Kuwait (commercial & residential)
🔹Knowledge of Kuwait property regulations, MOJ lease registration, and municipality compliance
🔹Tech-savvy with MS Office proficiency
🔹Bilingual English/Arabic fluency
🔹Valid Kuwait Driving License & Transferable Article 18 residency
