Description
we are hiring! Key Account Manager
we are seeking a results-driven professional to manage key accounts and portfolios, driving sales target achievement, optimizing pricing strategies, and maximizing profit margins while maintaining exceptional service standards.
management of specific accounts and overall portfolio, including budgeted sales volumes, prices, and profit margin while meeting account service expectations.
achieve gross/net sales plans and market share targets for assigned key accounts through creating, selling, executing, and communicating business plans.
develop clear and effective written pre-sales proposals/quotations for current and prospective customers.
lead negotiations on the commercial proposals and the terms of the contract at the closing stage of any project.
coordinate between departments to conceptualize planning, ordering, execution and implementation of projects with internal departments, clients, contractors, and vendors.
monitor, control, and coordinate the distribution of stocks based on channel requirements.
ensure channel partners are informed about price changes.
systematically analyze and report sales results, expectations, market, competition, and trends.
responsible for opening new customer accounts to increase sales.
follow up on payments and claims with clients and vendors.
customer service skills; he/she should maintain the best customer service.
Qualifications & Experience
bachelor’s degree in business administration, or related field.
minimum of 3–5 years of experience in business development or key account management.
