RAMR Group is currently seeking an experienced F&B Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operational performance across its outlets and production facilities.
The role focuses on ensuring efficient operations, profitability, and alignment with the company’s quality standards and brand values while driving continuous improvement in processes, people, and guest experience.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management
• Minimum 8 years of experience in F&B or hospitality
• At least 3 years in a management role
• Strong background in P&L management and budget control
