F&B & Retail Concept - Kuwait
A growing F&B and retail concept in Kuwait is looking for a strategic and execution-focused Marketing Manager to lead the brand's marketing direction and translate creative vision into measurable business results.
This role requires someone who can plan strategically, execute effectively, and turn creative ideas into campaigns that generate real sales and growth.
Location: Kuwait (must currently be based in Kuwait)
Work Setup: On-site
Industry: Food & Beverage & Retail
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies aligned with the brand's vision
- Translate creative ideas into effective campaigns that drive revenue
- Plan promotions, product launches, and in-store activations
- Identify the right channels and placements to maximize visibility and sales
- Manage social media, digital marketing, and brand presence
- Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activity
- Coordinate with operations, creative teams, and management
Requirements:
- Currently based in Kuwait (this is essential)
- Portfolio or presentation showcasing previous marketing work is mandatory
- Proven experience in F&B marketing
- Strong strategic thinking with the ability to execute campaigns
- Fluent in English and Arabic (Arab nationals preferred)
- Strong understanding of branding, sales funnels, and campaign performance
- Ideally early-mid career professionals (23-40 years old)
- must share their CV along with a portfolio or presentation showcasing previous campaigns or projects. CVs without portfolios will not be considered.
