Main Responsibilities:
• Shopify Account Management: Tracking daily sales, reconciling payments, and analyzing order reports.
• Financial Control: Monitoring collections from payment gateways (MyFatoorah / K-Net / Apple Pay) and ensuring accurate deposits.
• Inventory and Cost Management: Monitoring product movement, calculating cost of goods sold (COGS), and profit margins.
• Periodic Reporting: Preparing weekly and monthly financial performance reports to support management decision-making.
Requirements (What We're Really Looking For):
• In-depth understanding of the Shopify platform: (essential) and knowledge of how to extract data from it.
• Extreme Accuracy: Someone with a keen eye for numbers who doesn't miss a single penny. • Speed and Availability: Full-time position with the ability to start immediately.
• Initiative: A person who proposes solutions to reduce costs and increase collection efficiency.
