We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership abilities, and a solid understanding of financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Oversee daily accounting operations and supervise junior accounting staff
* Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
* Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax regulations, and internal policies
* Manage general ledger activities, including reconciliations and journal entries
* Coordinate and support external audit processes
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management
* Review and monitor accounts payable and receivable processes
* Provide financial analysis and reporting to support management decisions
* Contribute to the development and improvement of internal controls and procedures.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
* 5-7 years of relevant accounting experience
* Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
* Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
