πΉ Key Responsibilities:
β’ Lead and supervise daily inventory operations within the warehouse.
β’ Ensure stock accuracy through cycle counts, audits, and reconciliations.
β’ Monitor inbound, outbound, and storage movements in the WMS/ERP system.
β’ Investigate discrepancies and implement corrective actions.
β’ Train, guide, and motivate inventory staff to meet KPIs.
β’ Coordinate closely with operations, warehouse, and customer service teams.
β’ Prepare inventory reports and performance analysis for management.
β’ Maintain compliance with safety and quality standards.
πΉ Requirements:
β’ Proven experience in inventory control, warehouse operations, or logistics.
β’ Previous leadership or supervisory experience required.
β’ Strong knowledge of WMS / ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel.
β’ Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
β’ Strong communication and team management abilities.
β’ Experience in 3PL / logistics industry is an advantage.
