Job Title: Sales Executive
About the Role: We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Sales Executive to join our dealership team. The Sales Executive will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and helping them find the right vehicle while delivering an exceptional buying experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in the showroom.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable vehicles.
Conduct test drives and explain product features.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to dealership growth.
Maintain strong customer relationships and follow up.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification preferred.
Prior experience in automotive sales is preferred; however, candidates with a background in luxury retail sales and strong communication skills are also encouraged to apply
Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) is a plus.
