About The Role
GoRidez Transportation is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support our daily transportation operations. This role offers an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates and young professionals to build a career in the mobility and transportation sector.
Key responsibilities
• Coordinate daily transportation operations and vehicle deployments.
• Monitor trip schedules and ensure smooth service delivery.
• Communicate with drivers, clients, and internal teams regarding operational requirements.
• Track vehicle utilization, attendance, and operational performance.
• Maintain operational records, reports, and documentation.
• Handle customer queries and support issue resolution.
• Assist in route planning and fleet scheduling.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure vehicle readiness.
• Support management with operational reports and performance analysis.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards.
Requirements
• Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Business Administration, Logistics, Operations, or a related field.
• Freshers are encouraged to apply.
• Experience in transportation, logistics, fleet management, or operations will be an added advantage.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• English proficiency required; Arabic is a plus.
