IT Technical Support
(For Kuwaiti Nationals only)
Requirements:
Diploma in IT or a relevant field.
1 to 2 years of experience.
Relevant certifications are a plus (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.).
Up-to-date knowledge of modern technology, platforms, and tools.
Familiarity with ITIL processes and procedures.
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Very good communication skills (Arabic/English).
Must be a team player.
