We’re Hiring: Product Development Specialist – Food Range
At OLE, we are looking for a passionate and creative Product Development Specialist to join our team and play a key role in shaping and enhancing our food range.
This role will focus on new product innovation, seasonal items, limited-time promotions, and continuous improvement of our existing food portfolio, ensuring our offerings remain aligned with customer preferences, market trends, and OLE’s brand positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of OLE’s food portfolio from concept to launch
• Conduct sales, margin, and competitor analysis
• Identify opportunities for growth through data and consumer insights
• Work closely with Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Training, and external suppliers
• Manage the full new product development process, including recipe development, costing, quality checks, packaging, SOPs, training, and launch coordination
Requirements:
• 3–5 years of experience in product development within the F&B industry
• Experience in food innovation and F&B operations
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Science, Culinary Arts, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, food trends, and product performance
