Tourism & Travel Manager

A well-established travel & tourism company, operating since 2012, is seeking an experienced Tourism & Travel Manager to lead and manage its tourism operations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and oversee all tourism and travel operations
* Develop competitive travel packages (leisure, family, luxury, seasonal)
* Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and international suppliers
* Negotiate contracts and pricing with vendors
* Supervise booking processes and ensure service quality
* Collaborate with marketing team on promotions and campaigns
* Analyze market trends and customer demand
* Lead and manage the tourism team effectively

Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years experience in travel & tourism
* Previous managerial or supervisory role preferred
* Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus / Sabre is a plus)
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
* Fluent in Arabic and good command of English
* Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
