Key Responsibilities

🥤 Handle incoming & outgoing calls, emails, and live chats
🥤 Provide accurate information on juices, desserts, and daily specials
🥤 Resolve or escalate customer issues quickly and courteously
🥤 Update and maintain customer records in the CRM system
🥤 Support the sales team with leads and customer feedback
🥤 Achieve daily call targets and quality KPIs

Qualifications

🥤 High-school diploma (Bachelor’s a plus)
🥤1–2 years’ call-center or customer-service experience
🥤 Fluent in English and Arabic
🥤 Basic computer & CRM skills
🥤 Friendly, patient, and solution-oriented attitude
