Urgent Requirement: Shipping & Logistics Coordinator
Employment Type: Full-Time

Alhasawi Industrial Group is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Shipping & Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Kuwait. This role is responsible for managing freight operations, shipment tracking, and customs clearance after compliance checks. The coordinator will ensure that all shipping documents are accurate, complete, and submitted on time, while liaising with freight forwarders, customs agents, and internal teams to guarantee smooth and cost-effective movement of goods.

Key Responsibilities:
* Collect and compare freight quotations.
* Prepare and manage forwarder contracts.
* Track shipments and provide timely updates to end-users.
* Verify and submit customs clearance documents.
* Maintain records of shipments and freight costs.
* Coordinate effectively with internal departments.
* Resolve shipping and customs-related issues promptly.

Qualifications & Experience:
* Bachelor’s degree.
* 3–5 years of experience in shipping, logistics, or freight forwarding.
* Strong knowledge of customs clearance procedures and international regulations.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
* Experience with ERP systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP, Oracle) is an advantage.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Skills:
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
* Ability to manage multiple shipments and tasks under pressure.
* Knowledge of Incoterms and international freight practices.
* Proficiency in English and Arabic.

Additional Information:
Applicants must be available in Kuwait with a valid 18 transferable visa.
Salary range: 400 – 500 KWD per month, based on experience and qualifications.
