We're looking for a Call Center Representative to be the first point of contact for our customers and dealers. This role is a perfect fit for a proactive and experienced professional who excels at building relationships and driving customer satisfaction.

What You'll Do:
- Build trust and rapport with customers and dealers through engaging communication across all platforms.
- Handle inbound inquiries, generate sales leads, and conduct surveys to ensure a positive customer experience from start to finish.
- Offer swift support and troubleshoot issues for our digital platforms, ensuring a seamless user experience.
- Use our CRM to record interactions and provide insights that will help us improve our services.

What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 3-4 years in sales and customer service, with a strong background in telesales, online business, and digital lead handling.
- At least 3 years of work experience in the automotive, insurance, or banking sectors in Kuwait, with a deep understanding of local consumer habits.

- Fluent in both Arabic and English
