Looking for a Procurement and Logistics Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will oversee the complete procurement and logistics cycle, ensuring cost efficiency, regulatory compliance, and timely delivery across all operations.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and manage the full procurement process and related services.
Review sales and stock performance to align purchasing strategies.
Ensure suppliers are fully informed and compliant with Kuwait import and MOH regulations.
Liaise with suppliers to ensure product availability, pricing, expiry dates, and lead times are accurate.
Prepare and manage import permit approvals for all incoming shipments.
Conduct freight and shipping analysis, negotiate competitive rates with freight forwarders, and arrange shipment insurance.
Oversee all shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, AWB, and manifests.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to resolve delivery discrepancies or delays.
Monitor customs clearance, maintain KPI records, and minimise demurrages.
Collaborate with internal teams—warehouse, finance, and operations—to ensure seamless supply flow and compliance with MOH, MOC, PAI, and EPA requirements.

Qualifications & Experience
Proven experience in procurement and logistics, preferably within the medical or pharmaceutical trading sector in Kuwait.
Strong understanding of import/export laws, customs processes, and local regulatory frameworks.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
