Property Supervisor Kuwaiti Only

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Property Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our portfolio of properties. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of property management practices.
Key Responsibilities:

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or related field (preferred).
Proven experience in property management, with at least 3 years of supervisory experience.
Strong knowledge of landlord-tenant laws, leasing practices, and property maintenance standards.
Excellent leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Proficiency in property management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
