Junior Admin Assistant (Male)
Kuwait

Responsibilities:
. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks including correspondence, scheduling, and record keeping
. Serve as the point of contact for internal departments and external vendors
. Support HR and operations in managing staff documentation, attendance records, and leave tracking
. Handle procurement and inventory control of office supplies and club-related materials
. Maintain filing systems (physical and digital) and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
. Assist with event coordination, meeting preparation, and logistics for VIP guests or members
. Ensure office and administrative procedures are efficient, professional, and aligned with the luxury
brand image
. Prepare reports, memos, letters, and other documents as required by management
. Coordinate maintenance, housekeeping, and other support services as required
. Uphold the highest standards of hospitality and professionalism in all interactions

Qualifications:
. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management,
or a related field
. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in an administrative or
office coordination role,
. preferably in the hospitality, leisure, or luxury services sector
. Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage
. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
