𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬⁣
• Kuwait Resident Female ⁣
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.⁣
• Professional HR certifications (CIPD, SHRM, CHRP) are an advantage.⁣
• Minimum of 5 years Experience of HR experience, specifically in employee relations and payroll administration.⁣
• Hands-on experience with HR systems and payroll software.⁣
• Experience in handling employee grievances, conflict resolution, and disciplinary cases.⁣
• Strong understanding of payroll processes, including salary preparation, overtime, leave management, and statutory deductions.⁣
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills (written & verbal).⁣
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRIS/ERP systems is a plus.⁣
• Fluency in English & Arabic⁣
