Wathif Is Hiring Locally in Kuwait Branch Manager-Café

Location: Abu Husniya & Mubarkiya, Kuwait
Salary: 600–650 KD/month | Hours: 8/day, 6 days/week
Start: Immediate | Visa: Regular Company Visa

Owns a car and a valid driving license| Native Arabic/ Arabic Fluency

Responsibilities:
Supervise and lead daily café operations to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction
Manage staff schedules, training, and performance
Monitor inventory, supplies, and procurement
Ensure hygiene, safety, and quality standards are maintained
Implement marketing and promotional activities to drive sales
Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
Prepare daily/weekly sales reports and meet business targets
Coordinate with management for operational and staffing needs
Proven experience in café or F&B management
Ability to manage multi-branch operations
