We are looking for an experienced Logistics & Export Manager to lead all logistics operations with a strong focus on international shipping and export documentation. This role is critical to ensuring our products reach domestic and global customers efficiently, safely, and in full compliance with export regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily logistics operations, including warehousing, inventory, and transportation.
Plan and execute international export shipments (sea, air, and land).
Prepare and review export documentation (Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin, HS Codes, etc.).
Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth clearance and on-time deliveries.
Maintain compliance with international trade regulations, Incoterms, and food safety standards (HACCP, ISO).
Monitor shipping costs and negotiate with carriers for optimal rates.
Track and report KPIs related to shipping lead times, losses, and costs.
Collaborate with production, sales, and procurement to align logistics with business and export demands.
Implement process improvements to strengthen global supply chain efficiency.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, International Business, or related field.
4–6 years of experience in logistics/export management, preferably in the food industry.
Strong understanding of international trade documentation and regulations.
Knowledge of HS codes, customs clearance, and Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DAP, etc.).
Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills.
Proficiency in logistics software, ERP systems, and Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
