Location: Kuwait City
Employment Type: Full-Time | Regular Company Visa
Working Hours: 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM | Saturday to Thursday (Friday off)
Start Date: Immediate

About the Role:
We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead and manage a team of 3–4 members in a fast-paced, luxury product environment. The ideal candidate will take initiative, delegate tasks effectively, improve SOPs, and maintain professional customer relations with integrity and patience. Our startup environment requires calm, detail-oriented professionals who understand KPIs, SOPs, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements:
Tagalog- Pinoy, ✅ 3–4 years of experience managing teams
Calm, detail-oriented, able to work under pressure
