Job Title: Division Operations Manager – Automotive Division

About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Division Operations Manager with a strong background in the automotive sector to oversee the daily operations, ensure smooth workflow, and drive performance across our automotive division. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership skills, operational excellence, and in-depth knowledge of automotive business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the automotive division, including sales, service, and aftersales.
Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business objectives.
Ensure compliance with company policies, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
Monitor financial performance, prepare reports, and manage budgets effectively.
Lead, train, and motivate teams to maximize productivity and customer satisfaction.
Implement process improvements and cost-control measures.
Coordinate with senior management to align division goals with overall business strategy.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, partners, and clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering, or a related field.

Minimum 4-5 years of progressive experience in the automotive industry, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial or operational leadership role.
Strong knowledge of automotive sales, aftersales, and service operations.
Proven ability to manage budgets, improve processes, and achieve KPIs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within deadlines.
Fluency in English (Arabic is an advantage).
