Production Manager, Diet & Health food

Prerequisites :
· Oversee daily operations of Central production unit,
ensuring timely preparation and delivery of meals
. Implement and improve operational processes to
enhance efficiency and minimize waste.
. Ensure compliance with food safety standards
(HACCP, ISO, etc.) and dietary regulations.
· Prepare reports on production efficiency, costs,
and quality assurance metrics.
· 10+ years of experience in food production
management, preferably in a Diet food company
