Job Vacancy: Production Manager (F&B)

We are looking for an experienced Production Manager to lead and oversee all production operations within our central kitchen. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily operations, maintain product quality, and drive continuous improvement across all departments.

Key Responsibilities:
Plan, organize, and control production schedules to meet daily and seasonal demand.
Supervise all production sections (bakery, hot kitchen, cold kitchen, sweets, etc.) and ensure operational efficiency.
Maintain high standards of quality, hygiene, and safety in line with company policies.
Coordinate with Supply Chain, Quality Control, and HR departments to ensure workflow consistency.
Monitor staff performance, optimize manpower allocation, and implement process improvements.
Analyze production data, control costs, and report KPIs to top management.
Support new product launches and ensure successful implementation of SOPs.

Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the food production or hospitality industry.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control standards.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office and production management systems.
Transferable visa (Article 18) — Candidates must be based in Kuwait.
