Head Chef – International Cuisine (Kuwait Resident) For a Hotel

Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Kuwait resident with a valid transferable residency (Article 18).
• Minimum 7 years of professional culinary experience, including at least 2 years in a Head Chef or Executive Chef role within a reputable hotel, fine dining restaurant, or international kitchen.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in international cuisines (e.g., Continental, Mediterranean, Asian, and Middle Eastern).
• Proven ability to design, cost, and implement innovative, high-quality menus and seasonal dishes.
• Excellent team management and training abilities; capable of leading and motivating a multicultural kitchen staff.
• Deep understanding of food safety standards (HACCP), kitchen hygiene, and inventory management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English (Arabic is an advantage).
• High attention to detail, creativity in food presentation, and commitment to culinary excellence.
• Willingness to work in a dynamic hospitality environment with variable schedules, including weekends and holidays.

- Salary: 600 KWD per month
